Unique 100-year anniversary chairs – Signed and one of a kind

Hasse Andersson

My wheelbarrow is called “Gold and Green Forests”, named after my Guld och gröna skogar entry in Melodifestivalen in 2015. I painted it together with my wife Monica and my daughter Lisa and her husband Thomas.

I would like the proceeds to go to The Salvation Army. It is an organization I admire and trust for their tireless work and commitment to helping vulnerable people.

About Hasse Andersson and Monica Forsberg

More than 60 years ago, a 15-year-old Hasse Andersson played his first chords at Kivik Market. Since then, his career has been filled with melodies and moments that have made him one of Sweden’s most beloved artists.

From the early days with Kvinnaböske Band and the music venue Hasses Lada to the major success in Melodifestivalen, Hasse Andersson has become a national favorite across generations. He has also appeared in the children’s program Hasses Trädgård and written the book Hasses trädgård – det växer så det knakar.

Monica Forsberg is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and actress who has also worked as a voice actor and dubbing director. She has written lyrics for several successful Melodifestivalen entries, including Dag efter dag and Främling.

Rickard Söderberg

I use my wheelbarrow almost daily at my allotment garden. Soil, fertilizer, and compost – things that may not always be seen as the most appealing parts of gardening, but which form the foundation of everything.

When I load it and at the same time encounter the vibrant colors of midsummer flowers, I’m reminded that beauty does not only exist on the surface but also in what carries and enables it.

Charity: Min Stora Dag

Min Stora Dag is a nationwide charity whose mission is to fulfill wishes and spread life-changing joy to children with serious illnesses and diagnoses through meaningful experiences.

Rickard Söderberg trained at Det Kongelige Teater in Copenhagen and has since established himself as one of Sweden’s most beloved opera singers. He has mainly performed roles in Baroque and Mozart operas but also in modern opera, oratorios, and concerts. Rickard has released four albums and also hosts an opera radio program on Sveriges Radio P2.

Linda Schilén

The motif is built as a butterfly – a pollinator. For me it symbolizes everything that moves between soil, plants, and the future, and how small actions can carry something greater forward.

The butterfly helps pollinate our crops and makes the harvest possible. The sugar pea in the motif is an indicator crop; each pea in the pod bears witness to a visit – a pollination – a collaboration. That is why the peas are scattered, as a sign of diversity, life, and the presence of pollinators.

The butterfly is also surrounded by myth and symbolizes transformation. From caterpillar to butterfly – a reminder that we, just like in the garden, can always grow, learn, and develop. To become more attentive gardeners and better caretakers of the living world around us.

It feels natural that a tool for cultivation should carry this story.

The proceeds from the auction go to Svensk TrädgårdUnga odlare, supporting children and young people in discovering the joy of cultivation and the value of nature. For the pollinators of the future – and the growers of the future.

Linda Schilén is a lecturing gardener, artist, and author. She has written several gardening books, including 132 smarta knep för växter och trädgård. When Linda shares knowledge, she does it with great enthusiasm and an artistic twist. She is known for clever “life hacks” that simplify gardening.

She is also a frequent guest on Nyhetsmorgon, inspiring viewers to fill their lives with greenery, and co-hosts the popular podcast Ulrika och Lindas trädgårdspodd.

Carina Agee

My name is Carina Agee, and I have worked at Hörby Bruk for 16 years.

Art and culture have always been a great interest of mine, and I was very happy to be invited to participate in this project.

I enjoy painting acrylic artworks and also experimenting with different creative expressions. The colorful and slightly naïve style appeals to me, and I believe that “more color for the people” makes everyday life a little more joyful.

Some of the most beautiful things I know are drawings made by children, where there are no limits or rules holding them back.

My chair is called “My Childhood Flower Meadow.” The idea is that when you sit in it, you are surrounded by flowers and can perhaps dream away for a little while.

I have chosen that the proceeds should go to BRIS, so that all children can have a safe childhood – and hopefully one day experience a summer meadow themselves and create beautiful memories to carry through life.
