We all have memories of sitting on a swing with our legs dangling, feeling that familiar flutter in our stomach. Safe for our children
Safety is important to us, and children should be able to use their wooden swing without risk. That is why we make sure that all our wooden swings are CE- and TÜV-approved for use in private gardens. They are also tested according to the EN 71 toy safety standard and meet the strict chemical testing requirements.
The wood is pressure-treated to NTR AB wood protection class (Nordic Wood Preservation Council) and contains no harmful substances such as arsenic or chromium. The fully welded connections between the legs and the top beam make the entire swing frame very stable. For equally stable and secure anchoring in the ground, anchoring irons are included when you order your wooden swing from Hörby Bruk.
Wooden swings with options for variation
There are several swings in different models to meet children''''''''s needs and preferences. The basic design consists of two single swings attached with sturdy clamps, allowing other play equipment to be suspended, such as a baby seat for the youngest children.
Some models are called High, meaning that the wooden swing has longer legs, creating a higher swing for slightly older children.
