The information will also be saved to meet the regulations in accounting legislation. AB Hörby Bruk may eventually also use the information for marketing purposes.
In the event you contact us but are not counted as a customer pursuant to the aforementioned paragraph, your information will be used for the purposes for which that information has been provided. For example, it may be with regard to inquiries, applications for vacant positions or participation in questionnaires and surveys.
At any time, you may request to be deregistered from newsletters or other mailings from AB Hörby Bruk.

You personal information will only be handed over to a third party if this is a requirement for meeting commitments to you as a customer. Third parties can include suppliers in order to manage the transport of ordered products.
The IT systems used by AB Hörby Bruk are compatible with the provisions in GDPR.
How long will the information be saved?
Your information will not be saved for longer than what is necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as long as we are obliged to save your personal information by law. After this, your information will be erased. If consent is given for continued marketing, the information will be saved until you request that the information be erased.
Information provided in connection with you seeking employment or an internship with us will be saved for 12 months and then erased.
Anybody whose personal information has been collected has the right to receive an annual abstract from AB Hörby Bruk showing what information we have stored about you and how that information is being used.
